Fence installation in Santa Clara and nearby cities
Santa Clara is home base. We also work in San Jose, Sunnyvale, Cupertino and Campbell. Not sure your street is covered? Send the form and ask.
Which parts of Santa Clara do you serve?
Every neighborhood. Santa Clara is mostly flat, but the fence jobs still vary by part of town.
Old Quad and central Santa Clara
The older blocks around Santa Clara University and the Mission have smaller lots, detached garages and older wood fences. Many of these jobs replace a fence that has been patched for years, often with a matching side gate.
Ranch-home neighborhoods
Large parts of the city filled in with single-story ranch homes after World War II. Back and side yards are usually lined with 6-foot wood fences that are due for replacement, and lattice toppers are a popular upgrade where the code allows.
North of Highway 101
Around the stadium and the newer residential areas, there are more townhomes and apartments, along with office and industrial sites. Those projects lean toward commercial fencing and HOA-approved designs.

Does every city use the same fence rules?
No. Santa Clara, San Jose, Sunnyvale, Cupertino and Campbell each have their own zoning code, so height limits, setbacks and review steps differ. We look up the rules for your city and parcel before finalizing a design.
